What is employability training?

Employability training is a course designed to give you the best chance to gain employment. The course covers everything you need to know in terms of getting into work, such as:

• CV writing
• Cover letter writing
• Developing the right attitude for the interview
• Giving the correct answers to questions and knowing what questions to ask
• What to wear & what not to wear
• Matching skills to the advertisement

The course is held 4 days per week, every 4 weeks, held in convenient venues across the North West of England.

On the last day of training, an employer or recruitment agency will come in to present what they are looking for during an interview process. There is sometimes the opportunity to apply for live jobs following this.

Who Requires Employability Training?

Anyone who is currently unemployed and seeking a job. We can offer full government funded training to anyone in this situation who is 19 years old or over.
